Ticket Distribution

Ticket distribution takes place from Tuesday of Week 9 through Thursday, June 12, 2026. The Central Ticket Office (CTO) sends the tickets via email messages from cto@tickets.ucla.edu. Their messages contain the links for you to receive your electronic tickets. Please be sure to check that your email account is accurate in MyUCLA, and also check your email account’s SPAM folder frequently, to be sure you do not overlook these important messages. For the College Commencement, you will receive two messages: One with the link to receive your graduate ticket and the other with the link to receive your guest tickets. You need BOTH messages, so look for both messages both in your email box and in your SPAM folder. FAQs

No, as a graduate you do not need a ticket. You need to RSVP online via my. ucla.edu during the open RSVP/ticketing window. Your regalia is your “ticket” to the ceremony. However, all guests must have a ticket to enter the venue.

Everyone needs a ticket. This is so they have an accurate number of who is in the building in case of disaster and because patrons with babies usually use a second seat for their baby items it is helpful for them to have that extra seat.

TBD: The Division Commencement Coordinator will assess after ticketing ends for students and will notify via my.ucla.edu soon after if waitlisted tickets will be released. An email from your department SAO will inform you of waitlisted tickets being released.
